Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Server to join our dynamic team in a vibrant nightlife environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest experiences while delivering high-quality food and beverage service. Your ability to engage with guests, anticipate their needs, and maintain a positive atmosphere will contribute significantly to our establishment's reputation. This is a set schedule so please apply only if you're available for the Wednesday-Friday night shifts and doubles on Saturday & Sunday.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS Provide detailed information about menu items, including specials and dietary options. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests while maintaining proper sanitation standards. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and presentation. Handle guest inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a positive dining experience. Process payments efficiently while adhering to guest service protocols. Assist in training new staff members on service standards and procedures.

Experience

Previous experience in the food industry or as a Server is preferred but not required. Knowledge of food handling and sanitation practices is essential for maintaining health standards. Strong guest relations skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service. Sales skills are beneficial for upselling menu items and enhancing the guest experience.

Pay: From $2.13 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
