Responsibilities:

Welcome guests with a friendly smile and escort them to their tables in a courteous manner. Present menus, describe daily specials, and offer beverage recommendations to enhance the dining experience. Take precise food and beverage orders, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to facilitate timely preparation and delivery of orders. Monitor table turnover and ensure efficient seating arrangements to accommodate all guests. Provide personalized service by catering to individual preferences and dietary requirements. Serve meals and beverages promptly and courteously, adhering to Tipsy McSway's quality standards. Check in with diners periodically to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns, and offer additional items. Process payments accurately, handling cash, credit, and electronic transactions with integrity and professionalism. Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and condiment stations. Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation protocols to uphold a clean and safe environment for guests and staff. Foster a positive team environment by collaborating with colleagues and supporting one another during busy periods. Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay informed about menu changes, promotions, and company policies.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required; we're willing to train the right candidate. Outstanding customer service skills with a genuine desire to create memorable experiences for guests. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a positive attitude and approachable demeanor. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order taking, delivery, and payment processing. Basic math skills for handling transactions, calculating bills, and making change. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the restaurant's schedule. Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
