Capricho Colombian Steakhouse is a newly opened dining destination celebrating the vibrant flavors, warmth and hospitality of Colombia with an elevated spin. We are looking for an energetic and personable server to be part of our growing team. In this role, you will be the face of our restaurant, delivering exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, expert knowledge of our menu, and a lively, welcoming attitude. Your enthusiasm will help create memorable dining moments for our guests while ensuring smooth operations behind the scenes. Responsibilities

Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Open table ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff. Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness. Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities. Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and providing personalized service. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while adhering to sanitation and food safety standards. Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining a clean dining area to support overall restaurant operations.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Server in a restaurant setting, preferably with fine dining experience. Strong knowledge of POS systems OpenTable for order processing and billing. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude. Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking seamlessly. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Familiarity with food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling techniques. Previous experience in food service roles such as host/host or bussing is advantageous. Culinary or kitchen experience is a plus but not required; enthusiasm for food industry trends is appreciated Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
