Join our dynamic team as a Server, where you'll be the heartbeat of our restaurant, creating memorable dining experiences for our guests! You will engage with customers, take orders, and ensure that every meal is served with excellence. Your role is vital in maintaining our high standards of service and hospitality, making each guest feel valued and welcomed.

What you'll do

Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and drink orders using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets our fine dining standards Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and boost sales Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area and service stations Assist with bussing tables and resetting them for the next guests Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed

Basic qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is essential Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently Basic math skills for accurate order processing and cash handling

Preferred qualifications

Experience with OpenTable for reservations management is a plus Culinary experience or knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable Familiarity with guest relations techniques to enhance customer satisfaction
