Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Enter orders into the POS system or other ordering platforms
- Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly
- Ensure customer satisfaction by checking on them throughout their dining experience
- Clear tables and reset them for the next guests
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register efficiently
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders

Skills:
- Proficiency in using POS systems such as Aloha POS or similar software
- Experience with reservation platforms like OpenTable is a plus
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Knowledge of bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
- Strong sales skills to upsell menu items and promote specials
- Excellent time management to prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic food handling knowledge to ensure food safety standards are met
- Hospitality mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service
