About the role

Deliver friendly table service and help present fresh, beautifully plated meals for residents.


You'll support a calm, respectful dining room where relationships matter and hospitality shines.

What you'll do

Provide table service for resident dining, ensuring temperature-appropriate meals Assist with basic kitchen support, bussing, and sanitation Operate dining equipment safely and follow food safety guidelines Maintain dining areas and first-impression standards Engage residents kindly and communicate needs to the culinary team

Skills & attributes

Customer service mindset; calm under pressure Comfort around basic kitchen equipment and service steps Safety awareness and clean work habits Team player who takes direction and contributes positively Compassionate communication with seniors

Relatable experience

Dining room service, restaurant, hotel, or healthcare hospitality Customer-facing roles serving vulnerable populations Tasks requiring checklists, sanitation, and teamwork

Qualifications

At least 18 years of age Experience in the kitchen or dining room preferred Current negative TB test Able to pass a criminal background check Good time management; able to work independently
