Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Server to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring guest satisfaction through attentive service and a thorough understanding of our menu offerings. This position requires a passion for food service and the ability to create a welcoming environment for all guests.

Duties

Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and information about daily specials. Take food and beverage orders accurately, entering them into the point-of-sale system. Serve food and drinks in a timely manner while ensuring proper presentation. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining area. Provide knowledgeable recommendations regarding menu items, including food handling and safety practices. Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism to enhance guest relations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders. Uphold fine dining standards by adhering to proper etiquette and service protocols.

Requirements

Previous experience in food service or fine dining is preferred but not mandatory. Strong math skills for handling transactions. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food handling. Excellent communication skills, with an emphasis on guest relations. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and willingness to help colleagues as needed. Experience with point-of-sale systems is a plus.

Pay: $19.60 - $23.61 per hour
