Welcome and seat guests with warmth to create a strong first impression Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them promptly to the kitchen or bar Serve meals and drinks efficiently while ensuring proper presentation and attention to detail Deliver exceptional customer service by anticipating guest needs and resolving concerns quickly Process payments accurately using POS systems or cash registers Clear and reset tables to keep the dining area clean, organized, and ready for new guests Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth service and a positive overall guest experience

Demonstrated experience in food service and restaurant operations Excellent customer service and clear communication abilities Skilled in cash handling with strong basic math proficiency Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices Familiarity with POS systems, such as Aloha or Micros Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting Experience in food preparation and handling Background in hospitality, including fine dining or nightclub settings
