Duties

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick and correct entry Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring a positive experience Assist with food handling, sanitation, and food safety protocols to uphold health standards Clear tables, bus tables as needed, and support kitchen staff with basic food preparation or bussing tasks during busy periods

Qualifications

Previous restaurant or food service experience, including fine dining or nightclub environments preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is a plus Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking efficiently Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards in the food industry Experience with food handling, basic math skills for cash handling and cashiering, and guest relations Culinary or kitchen experience is advantageous but not required; willingness to learn is essential Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset Mandarin speaking preferred
