Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Prepare and serve drinks responsibly, adhering to food safety and alcohol service regulations Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently with excellent time management skills Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling duties Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, ensuring compliance with food safety standards Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy nights or events like banquets or catering functions

Qualifications

Previous experience in food service, fine dining, nightclub, or banquet environments is preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of food handling, safety protocols, and basic math for transactions and retail math calculations Experience with serving alcohol responsibly and understanding of food safety regulations Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
