Job Description

Westerwood is currently in need of a full-time server to add to our exceptional team and community! This position is scheduled 11:00am-7:00pm and must have open availability, including weekends.


The Dining Room Server is responsible for the courteous and efficient table service in the resident dining room.


Other duties include:

Set tables and maintains workstations in proper order. Takes orders and provides service in a courteous and efficient manner. Clears dishes from tables during and after meal service. Answers pertinent questions about menu items.

Qualified candidates must be available 7 days a week and will have the ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled, the ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions and communicate effectively with courtesy, tact, and graciousness. Light physical effort including pushing, pulling and bending and requiring frequent lifting of up to 25 pounds or less, and occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs. Mobile 90% of the time. Experience preferred but will train energetic and service-minded individuals.
