Responsibilities

Assist servers by pre-bussing and bussing tables promptly and efficiently, ensuring a clean and inviting dining area. Assisting servers with watering guests promptly. Handle food handling tasks safely and according to established food safety protocols. Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, dining area, and service stations, including dishwashing and sanitation duties. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and guest needs. Uphold hospitality standards by providing friendly guest services and ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.

Qualifications

Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key! Knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and basic food preparation techniques. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Experience with banquet service, bussing, or kitchen work enhances your candidacy. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude are essential for delivering excellent guest services. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Hospitality or hotel experience is advantageous but not mandatory; willingness to grow within the role is appreciated.
