Job Description

We are seeking a Server Assistant to provide pleasurable dining experiences by ensuring professional, timely, food and beverage service to residents, family members, guests, and/or staff according to established dining standards. Ensures that all food sanitation guidelines are being met. The successful candidate will maintain a friendly and welcoming demeanor, be able to multitask and problem solve. This position reports to the Restaurant Manager.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Welcomes all tables with a warm and friendly greeting. Assures accuracy of food orders and serves food in a safe, sanitary, timely manner. Always maintains a neat and orderly appearance. Completes related tasks and side work as assigned. Demonstrates a positive, respectful, and professional team approach and communicates effectively with residents, peers, and managers. Consistently communicates resident and guests concerns to supervisors and/or management. Assists in maintaining and achieving departmental sanitation standards and goals.
