We are known for our Complete 4-Course Experience consisting of award winning, chef inspired, cheese and chocolate fondues prepared table side by the enthusiastic and knowledgeable members of our serving staff. We are a hot spot known for hosting groups on their biggest celebrations, most important life events and milestones. Job Overview

We are seeking to hire an energetic & enthusiastic individual seeking to fill a server assistant position! This person must have good communication skills, be team oriented, and able to work in a fast paced environment. This is a great opportunity to start your career in the food service industry and is an excellent gateway into becoming a server. We promote all of our serving staff from existing server assistants.

Seeking availability the following days: Monday-Sunday (3PM-10PM)

Holidays and weekends are required.

Responsibilities

Expo prepared foods - setting up cheese and entree trays to be presented by our serving staff tableside for our guests. Adhering to food safety handling and storage guidelines. Proper food handling knowledge - FIFO, labeling, and following prep and storage guidelines to ensure minimal waste and high quality product. Strong attention to detail - must be able to plate foods in a visually appealing way. Stocking and replenishing plates, glasses, filling glass bottles of water. Maintaining a clean work environment. Aiding in transitioning between courses and cleaning tables so they can be reset. Strong communication skills - ready and eager to help. Willing to work in a fast paced environment.

Requirements

Positive attitude. High standard for cleanliness. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed. Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling regulations. Eager and willingness to learn new systems and processes.
