Position Summary

The Server Assistant supports the dining room team in ensuring seamless, high-quality service to members and their guests. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient dining environment while upholding the club's standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Assist servers with delivering food and beverages to tables Refill water, beverages, and bread service as needed Clear and reset tables quickly and neatly between courses and seatings Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, side stations, and service corridors Support banquet and event setups and breakdowns as requested Restock supplies such as glassware, silverware, linens, and condiments Communicate effectively with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff Provide friendly, attentive service that exceeds member expectations Complete additional tasks as assigned by management

Qualifications

Prior hospitality or restaurant experience preferred, but not required Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and teamwork skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
