Server Assistants Needed!

Server Assistants needed for Rancho Lewis!

We are now open 7 days a week from 11 am to 9 pm Sunday - Thursday and 11 am to 10 pm on Friday and Saturday! We are looking to bring new team members on with morning availability for our busy lunches! These shifts range from 10:30 am to 6 pm (although the out time can be flexible depending on business levels)!

Rancho Lewis is located at 1503 King St, at the Pacific Box & Crate complex and is a 10,000 square ft, 230+ seat restaurant. As a restaurant of our size and as the company continues to grow, there are many opportunities for advancement!

The Rancho Lewis menu and concept (formerly Juan Luis at Lewis BBQ) is inspired by John Lewis' El Paso family roots and his love for Hatch chiles.

Our restaurant uses a point-based tip pool system for all front-of-house positions. Tips from each shift are pooled and distributed based on a point structure that reflects job role and hours worked. This system ensures fair and consistent earnings for all team members.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
