Duties

:

Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting menu items Take food and beverage orders accurately Serve food and drinks promptly Handle cash and credit card transactions using the POS system Ensure tables are clean and set up properly for each customer Assist in maintaining a sanitary and safe restaurant environment Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service

Skills

:

Strong customer service skills Knowledge of basic math for handling payments Experience with Toast POS or similar systems preferred Ability to sanitate work areas effectively Familiarity with food handling procedures Excellent time management skills
