Overview

We are seeking an energetic and reliable

Bartender and/or Server

to join our team. These positions supports both bar operations and table service, ensuring every guest receives a welcoming, high-quality experience. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment, delivering great hospitality, and working with a fun, supportive team, we'd love to meet you. Must have weekend availability.

Responsibilities

Bartending Duties-Must be 21+ to comply with local liquor laws

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company recipes Maintain knowledge of cocktail menus, beer, wine, and seasonal offerings Keep the bar area clean, organized, and well stocked Verify guest identification and comply with all alcohol service regulations $10 per hour plus tips

Serving Duties-Must be 18+ to comply with local liquor laws

Greet guests and guide them through the menu Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS Deliver food and drinks promptly Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas $7.25 per hour plus tips

General Responsibilities

Provide friendly, efficient, and consistent service Communicate clearly and work collaboratively with the team Upsell items when appropriate Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines

Qualifications

Previous serving or bartending experience preferred Strong multitasking and communication skills Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays Must meet age requirements to comply with local liquor laws:

Servers must be 18+

Bartenders must be 21+

Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs

Preferred Skills

Proficiency with POS systems for order entry and cash handling. Strong time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently while maintaining high-quality service. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally. Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol serving laws. Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and tab management. Experience in catering or large event settings is a plus, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability. Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and guests alike.
Pay: From $7.25 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 - 20.0 per week
