Duties

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation standards are met Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations Assist with bussing tables, resetting for new guests, and supporting kitchen staff when needed

Qualifications

Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, particularly in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs or upscale restaurants Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for order processing and cashiering Strong knowledge of food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Basic math skills for cash handling and bill splitting Previous host/host or serving experience is preferred but not required; a passion for hospitality is essential Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment

Pay: From $2.50 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 - 35.0 per week
