Job Overview

We are seeking dedicated Servers to join our team and provide excellent service to our guests. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced restaurant environment and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, we want to hear from you.

Duties

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus and provide detailed information when requested
- Take accurate food and drink orders
- Use POS systems efficiently to place orders
- Serve food and beverages promptly
- Upsell additional items to enhance the guest experience
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area

Experience

- Previous experience in a restaurant setting is preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or OpenTable is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations
- Knowledge of food handling procedures
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and help out where needed

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
