Tasty Pot NM is a locally-owned Taiwanese hot pot restaurant in Albuquerque serving single-serving hot pots, sizzling plates, and handcrafted boba tea drinks. We are passionate about great food, great service, and creating a fun, friendly place to work.

Position Overview

We are hiring

Servers / Waitstaff

to join our front-of-house team. This is a customer-facing role where you'll take orders, run food and drinks, and help prepare some of our signature sizzling plate dishes. No two days are the same--you'll be working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and seat guests promptly Take accurate orders and enter them into the POS system Serve food and beverages, including boba tea and specialty drinks Assist with preparing sizzling plates at the front-of-house station Check on guests to ensure they are satisfied with their meals Keep tables and dining area clean and organized Handle payments and process transactions Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old Previous server or restaurant experience preferred but not required (we train!) Ability to multitask in a busy restaurant environment Friendly, positive attitude and great communication skills Reliable and punctual
