Summary

We are seeking an energetic and personable Server to join our lively food service team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional guest experiences by providing attentive service, expertly handling food and beverage orders, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Your enthusiasm and hospitality skills will be key to ensuring our guests leave satisfied and eager to return.

Duties

Greet guests warmly, present menus, and answer questions about food and drink options Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to sanitation standards Assist with food preparation or kitchen support as needed to ensure smooth service flow

Skills

Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially fine dining or nightlife settings Proficiency with POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for reservations management Strong customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and handle guest inquiries professionally Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining a friendly demeanor Experience with serving in nightclub or high-volume settings is a plus Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and order calculations Culinary or kitchen experience is advantageous but not required; willingness to learn is essential

Pay: $7.00 per hour
