The Crab & Catfish Co. isn't your average restaurant. It's a

seafood and social bar

where people come to unwind, vibe, and eat well -- with

food and drinks served until 1:30 AM.

We're looking for

outgoing, dependable servers

who thrive when the crowd's alive. If you've worked busy nights, know how to read a room, and can keep the energy up while keeping service tight -- you'll fit right in.

Pay:

$6/hr + tips (triple the standard base pay for servers)

What We're Looking For

Personality -- confident, fun, and professional Reliable and consistent; you show up and show out Comfortable working late nights (typical shifts 7 PM-close) Great under pressure and quick on your feet Cocktail, daiquiri, or nightlife experience is a plus

Key Responsibilities

Greet and serve guests with energy and accuracy Mix and serve daiquiris, cocktails, and bottled beer Handle late-night food service with precision and pace Keep your section clean, stocked, and guest-ready Communicate clearly with the kitchen and bar team
