Dessert Counter Associate

Responsibilities: * Stocking Desserts: Ensure our dessert display is always inviting and fully stocked, showcasing a delectable assortment of sweet treats.

• Assisting Customers: Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests with dessert choices, answering questions about ingredients and allergens, and catering to special dietary needs such as Vegan, Gluten-Free, and No-Added-Sugar options.
• Maintaining Cleanliness: Keep the dessert counter and surrounding areas clean, tidy, and visually appealing. This includes regular cleaning, organizing supplies, and following safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Utilizing Point of Sales Platform: Efficiently use our point of sales platform (Clover) to process orders, handle transactions, and maintain accurate sales records.
• Exemplifying Professionalism: Interact with customers and colleagues in a courteous and friendly manner, maintaining a well-kept appearance and professional demeanor.

Dress Code:

We believe in presenting a clean and professional image to our customers. Please adhere to the following dress code:

• Long black pants without rips or tears
• Comfortable closed-toe shoes
• Plain black shirt without logos
• Hair in a ponytail or wear a cap without logos

Hairnets and aprons will be provided to maintain hygiene standards.
