Valor Protection Security Agency is seeking energetic individuals with high drive that want to grow with the company! The Valor Protection Security Sergeant is a supervisor position, responsible for the oversight and direction of Valor Protection Security Officers.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Enforce Valor Protection uniform policies and procedures.

Build and maintain fruitful relationships with Site Owners/Clients.

Ensure all Site Incident Reports are submitted in a timely manner.

Evaluates operations and activities of assigned responsibilities; recommends improvements and modifications; prepares various reports on operations and activities.

Conduct a Minimum of two Site Visits per Week.

Develop, enhance, and implement new security measures for sites/clients.

Ensure all site security equipment is working correctly and efficiently.

Instruct, train, and develop Security Officers on client-specific policies and procedures.

Ensure all scheduled shifts are fulfilled and staffed.

Responsible for conducting briefings and debriefings with all Security Officers.
Responsible for communicating all company updates and communication with Officers.

Evaluate, assess, and analyze the performance of Security Officers.

Document and report all disciplinary actions.

Serve as the immediate communication line for all Officers.

Responsible for coordinating with Lieutenant related to Field Site Training.

Ensure all Officers have met training requirements per Valor Protection and VP Clients.

Ensure all Officers maintain VP Brand Image and Presentation.

Recommend specific training and re-certifications for Security Officers.

Conduct and Implement Emergency Response Drills.
Serves as Field Training Officer by training and providing technical assistance to Security Officers; documents performance and training needs; reviews and approves reports.

License, Training, and Certification Requirements:
High School Diploma
Minimum 2 Years of Security Experience
Minimum 3 Years in security leadership role (preferred)
Must possess Georgia State Unarmed Guard Certification
State Blue Card Certified (preferred)
Valid Georgia Driver?s License
