Job Description

THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Heavy Lifting, pushing, pulling

Documenting information on required form.

Mathematical knowledge

Knowledge of HACCP / CCP Program

Knowledge of GMP's required for RTE areas.

Good Attendance

Good Communication Skills

Ability to Plan Ahead

Ability to obtain a Forklift License

Good Organizational Skills and ability to work on your own

Legibly documenting information on required form.

Good time management.

Ability to read thermometer

RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

Oven-Room Set-Up

Removing Bakes from the Oven and Emptying Grease Pans

Tub Cooled Duck

General Cleanup during operation

Maintain accurate paperwork & record charts.

Other tasks as assigned.
