THE TEAM

THE PLAYER

You are responsible for the overall strategy, growth and financial success of the company\'s Coffee House portfolio and will also assist in evaluating future acquisitions and managing new property openings. You will also be responsible for the overall financial results of each property, as well as the development and execution of strategies that support, strengthen, and grow the quality of customer service, efficiency, and profitability of each of our Coffee House assets. You will also be responsible for overall property maintenance and corporate culture and report directly to the Chief Operating Officer.

EVERY DAY, YOU WILL

\xc2\xb7 Accountable for the performance and results of operations within the Coffee House group.

\xc2\xb7 Primarily provides leadership through subordinate managers.

\xc2\xb7 Manage and coordinate various Business Development projects, including but not limited to planning, proformas, timelines, team coordination and synergies.

\xc2\xb7 Works closely with the Development Department to achieve company Business Development and growth goals.

\xc2\xb7 Works with Executive Management and Department Head teams to strategize, brainstorm and implement company vision and strategy.

\xc2\xb7 Directs General Managers in revenue growth, market share performance and sales initiatives to achieve desired outcomes.

\xc2\xb7 Develop and train effective General Managers who embrace accountability for their property\'s performance.

\xc2\xb7 Provide leadership oversight on special projects, transitions, and new property openings.

\xc2\xb7 Identify and enhance synergies between properties to maximize buying power, streamline operations and encourage communication between property General Managers

\xc2\xb7 Ensure that operating plans and budgets for each location are completed on a timely basis and each operations team is successfully implementing such plans for maximum performance.

\xc2\xb7 Design and implement monthly operating reviews of operating and financial performance to be presented to the COO.

\xc2\xb7 Develop a cost-effective approach to repair, maintenance, and construction services, ensuring the highest value-added services in these areas. Work with Hendricks Commercial Properties Facilities team to protect and maintain assets.

\xc2\xb7 Regularly travel to each property for property inspections, evaluation of customer service levels and overall performance

Requirements:

YOU WILL BE GREAT AT BLUE COLLAR COFFEE IF

Education:

Bachelor\'s degree in hospitality management or business Administration or equivalent of education and work experience

Experience:

\xc2\xb7 Minimum five years of Coffee House management experience; must include General Manager experience.

\xc2\xb7 Minimum 3 years running and overseeing multiple units/concepts or businesses.

\xc2\xb7 Experience in analyzing financial reports and establishing operational budgets.

\xc2\xb7 Experience in a complex, fast paced environment.

\xc2\xb7 Ability to apply principles of logical thinking to define problems, collect pertinent data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and initiate appropriate course of action.

\xc2\xb7 Effectively convey ideas, vision, and goals to a diverse group of personalities.

\xc2\xb7 POS experience preferred.

\xc2\xb7 A demonstrated record of success in achieving financial, operational and customer service goals.

\xc2\xb7 Must have a valid driver\'s license and reliable transportation to commute.

\xc2\xb7 Technology/Equipment: Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
