Job Description

We're seeking a Senior Superintendent with proven experience in healthcare construction to oversee complex projects from start to finish. You'll ensure quality, safety, and schedule adherence while leading teams and collaborating with clients.

  • Oversee all aspects of healthcare construction projects, ensuring timely and budget-friendly completion.
  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to meet project goals.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to onsite teams, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
  • Prepare and present project updates and reports to senior management and clients.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

A successful Senior Superintendent should have:
