The Senior Superintendent oversees large-scale construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. They lead site operations, manage subcontractors and safety compliance, and coordinate closely with project managers and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities of a Construction Senior Superintendent | Data Center | TX Travel

• Project Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations on construction sites, ensuring work progresses according to schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Team Leadership: Supervise field staff, subcontractors, and trades, fostering collaboration and resolving conflicts.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and ensure adherence to OSHA and company standards.
• Coordination: Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to align site activities with project goals.
• Quality Control: Monitor workmanship and materials to maintain high construction standards.
• Problem Solving: Identify and address issues that could delay or disrupt construction progress.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and inspections.

A Successful Construction Senior Superintendent | Data Center | TX Travel

• 12+ years of relevant construction experience on Data Center and Mission Critical projects
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in construction management software, scheduling tools, and other relevant technology.

• $150,000 - $185,000 base DOE
• 401K, PTO, Health, Dental, Vision
