Roles Responsibilities


Should have at least 10 years of total experience and relevant good experience in Program Engagement Management Partner closely with Program Leads DMs and Accounts team across the engagements for different Initiatives in area of program expertise Banking domain Maintain strong client relationships and stakeholder management Should be able to manage a big engagement of around 15 20 M plus annually Should be able to manage and monitor the performance of multiple programs of work and collaborate with the Program Lead DMs to ensure programs are running smoothly is in alignment to business goals Ensure consistent implementation of common PMO standards reporting and closure process across programs Provide on the ground support to the Delivery Managers to help execute the planning directing and coordination of day-to-day activities of running the Initiative of the portfolio Strong stakeholder management Ensure all areas of the program are appropriately staffed to meet the operational needs Monitor and track execution of all the programs in the engagement and take appropriate actions if there is any risk identified Drive adherence to program processes procedures methods and standards for program delivery and leverage across the programs Should be well conversant with modern technologies Strong leadership skills with a proven record in driving positive and sustained change should be well versed with delivery lead growth initiative Should demonstrate consistent track record of having worked as a Program Engagement Manager working on large strategic cross functional projects programs Should have good working experience in the banking domain with good understanding of relevant banking regulation and supervisory expectations for large complex financial institutions Good techno functional skills analytical and communication skills Experience in demand fulfilment targeted hiring and tracking is a must Should have good experience in handling project program finances and invoicing Should have good experience working on RFPs SOWs and other proposals with Accounts team and Delivery managers Project Managers Mandatory Certification None

Benefits



Compensation range: $99,815.00 to $148,400.00 per year
