Job Summary
Seeking a Senior Specialist with 7 to 11 years of experience in Pega SA to design develop and support case management applications ensuring high performance and compliance

Design and develop robust case management solutions using Pega platform Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications Maintain comprehensive documentation including design artifacts and user manuals Ensure adherence to industry regulations and standards within the banking and financial domain Stay updated with the latest Pega technologies and best practices to enhance application quality Utilize Agile methodologies for project management and delivery Provide expertlevel troubleshooting and production support to maintain application uptime Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance to enhance team capabilities
Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and implement case management applications using Pega Provide production support ensuring high availability and optimal performance of Pega applications Collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams including business analysts and stakeholders Perform rigorous testing and debugging to deliver highquality software Monitor deployed Pega solutions and address issues or enhancements promptly Lead issue triaging and resolution to maintain smooth operations Ensure compliance with relevant banking and financial regulations Foster knowledge sharing and mentorship within the development team Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement Leverage Pega certifications and industry knowledge to drive best practices Explore and integrate DevOps tools and BPM technologies where applicable
