Our industry-leading retail client needs a Senior Software Engineer to join their team in Charlotte.

This is a contract to hire opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Responsibilities of the Senior Software Engineer:

• Translate business requirements and functional specifications into program designs
• Develop, configure, or modify complex integrated business and/or enterprise application solutions
• Automate and simplify team development, test, and operations processes
• Solve complex problems, ensuring solutions are extensible

Requirements of the Senior Software Engineer:

• Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, related field, or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of software development experience
• Microservices, Java 8, Node, React, Spring Boot required
• Airflow, Python, Kafka, GCP nice to have
