Arlluk Technology Solutions, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Senior Software Developer - Level II with a Secret Clearance to support ATS and our government customer in Washington, DC. This is a hybrid opportunity.

Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Design and Develop .NET Web Applications with Database backend.
  • Design and Develop .NET applications with Microsoft\'s Azure cloud hosted platform.
  • Build custom web parts, \xe2\x80\x9cfeatures\xe2\x80\x9d and \xe2\x80\x9csolutions\xe2\x80\x9d, SharePoint Designer workflows, custom Visual Studio workflows, Event Receivers and Event Handlers
  • Work with Embassies and Consulate personnel to define requirements for application development.
  • Work with EUR-IO established .NET standards for development.
  • Evaluate requests for custom features for feasibility to execute within SharePoint 2016 and Office 365
  • Script deployment of web parts and features within SharePoint 2010/2016 structure
  • Create system documentation and standard operating procedures for enterprise development.
  • Provide tier 3 technical support to site administrators when coding or integration issues arise.
Work Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Over 3 years\' experience developing Web Applications
  • Over 3 years\' experience working with Microsoft Azure
  • Over 3 years\' experience developing and using the .NET framework.
  • Knowledge of cloud foundation principles and standards
  • Knowledge and participation of all stages of the SDLC Processes
  • Experience developing and configuring SharePoint Solution on SharePoint 2016 and Office 365
  • Management and coordination experience with large systems rollout
  • Excellent Written and Verbal Communications, particularly with a customer focus
  • SQL Server database development experience
  • Experience with Visual Studio workflows and the SharePoint API and web services
  • Experience managing software builds.
  • 3+ years of Component-based software development with strong C# skills coupled with Oracle, SQL Server
  • 2+ years SQL Server database development experience
  • SharePoint implementation and integration experience
  • Visual Studio
  • Experience with operations with federal government classified and unclassified networks.
  • Active Directory Integration with applications
  • Secret clearance and Top-Secret clearance
Working Environment & Conditions

This job operates in a professional office environment and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

This position is primarily indoors, consistent with a standard office position and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. The incumbent is required to stand, walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The workload may require the incumbent to sit for extended periods of time. The incumbent must be able to read, do simple math calculations and withstand moderate amounts of stress.

The incumbent must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
