Global, top-tier law firm seeks a senior-level Real Estate Paralegal with extensive experience handling complex real estate transactions for its Southern California offices. Candidate should have solid experience with commercial real estate transactions, due diligence, title and survey review, UCC, escrow instructions, closings, and leasing. Qualified candidates will have a college degree and 8+ years of real estate transactional experience at a large law firm. Salary range is $140-200k, depending on experience, qualifications, and skills. Firm offers a hybrid work schedule along with comprehensive benefits.
