Job Description

Job Title: Senior Python Developer
Location: Houston, TX (Onsite)

(Only W2 candidates will be considered -- no sponsorship now or in the future)

Required:

7+ years of backend development experience with Python. Strong expertise in Pandas and NumPy for large-scale data handling. Proven experience with FastAPI (or Flask/Django). Advanced SQL skills with PostgreSQL/AlloyDB (PL/pgSQL). Proficiency in parallel processing (threading, multiprocessing). Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar messaging systems. Familiarity with Git, Agile methodologies, and SDLC. Strong debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving abilities.
Nice to Have:

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure). Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization. Familiarity with real-time data ingestion and IPC mechanisms. Exposure to monitoring and profiling tools.
Job Type: Contract

Pay: $45.50 - $55.05 per hour
