Senior Property Manager

Join a friendly, high-performing Property Management team managing a portfolio of retail, mixed-use, or office properties located within the Wasatch Front with the potential of managing properties in Nevada, Idaho, Colorado, Montana, or Wyoming. This job is full-time and located in our corporate offices in Sugarhouse.

Pay: We will pay aggressively in both salary and bonus for the right person.

Job Duties:

• Manage common areas through site inspections, contractor meetings, and repair and maintenance programs.
• Maintain positive relationships with tenants through face-to-face interactions, resolving conflicts, and collecting rent.
• Prepare and manage various documents including financial reports, leases, audit reports, and others.
• Prepare and manage budgets and common area reconciliations.
• Manage effective relationships with vendors, contractors, lenders, owners, and others.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience related to the above dutes
• Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Excellent time management and project management skills
• Organizational and prioritization skills
• Proactive and approachable
• Ability to work with and adapt to multiple online software platforms
