Seeking a Senior Superintendent in the Alabama Gulf Coast area looking to make a positive career change and join one of the most well-respected GC's in the state. The Superintendent will manage all onsite project processes and report only to the General Superintendent.
Projects: Light-Industrial-focused work in MS, AL, and FL coastal areas with some exception

• Develop the Project Vision and Create the Project Schedule
• Supervise entire construction staff, ensuring project deadlines are met
• Ability to predict and overcome project challenges
• Maintain a strong relationship with Project Managers, Foreman, and external stakeholders
• Lead weekly meetings to ensure the team is working together successfully and delivering quality work
• Maintain OSHA requirements
• Mentor less experienced construction professionals
• Track project documentation, tasks, issues, etc.

• 10+ years of Commercial or Industrial Superintendent experience
• Ability to run ground-up projects from start to finish
• Knowledge of scheduling, estimating, and cost principles.
• Basic knowledge of project management Software
• A mature professional with excellent judgment.
• A highly entrepreneurial, self-motivated and results-oriented individual.
• Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) and intuitive interpersonal skills.
• Strong time management skills, adaptable with ability to manage multiple priorities & meet deadlines, and keen attention to detail
• Desire to work across the Mobile, AL area long-term

We are seeking a well-rounded General Construction Superintendent able to manage a full-cycle project. This role will require moderate travel across the Gulf Coast area (Biloxi to Panama City) but overall very minimal when compared to many companies of similar size and scope.
