A successful Senior Project Manager should have:

• Proven expertise in managing construction projects from start to finish.
• Ability to lead and oversee more junior individuals.
• 8-12+ years of experience with a commercial General Contractor.
• Strong tenure with previous employers.
• Someone who can hit the ground running.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively guide teams and engage with stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of budgeting, scheduling, and resource management in construction.
• Commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards throughout project execution.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to solve problems in fast-paced environments.
