Senior Project Manager
to lead our projects with excellence and ownership.
Position Overview
As a
Senior Project Manager
, you will take full responsibility for managing commercial and industrial construction projects from pre-construction through close-out. You'll serve as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and subcontractors--ensuring that all aspects of the project are completed on time, on budget, and to our high standards.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the full lifecycle of construction projects: pre-construction, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, execution, and close-out
Coordinate with architects, engineers, owners, and subcontractors to ensure project success
Monitor project milestones, budgets, safety compliance, and quality control
Mentor and supervise assistant project managers, superintendents, and field staff
Identify and manage risk throughout the project timeline
Handle project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and contracts
Conduct regular site visits to ensure work is progressing according to plan
Foster and maintain strong client relationships
Qualifications
Minimum 5
+ years of experience
in commercial or industrial construction project management
Proven track record of managing
ground-up and/or renovation
projects ranging from $5M-$50M
Deep knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, contracts, budgeting, and safety standards
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to lead multiple projects and teams concurrently
Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, etc.)
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
OSHA 30 certification preferred

Pay: $125,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
