Job Description

The Senior Project Manager- Retail will oversee construction projects within the retail sector, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high-quality standards. This role requires expertise in managing budgets, schedules, and client relationships to achieve project success.

• Lead and manage retail construction projects from inception to completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on all sites.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process.
• Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships effectively.
• Drive overall project success by meeting deadlines and staying within budget.
