The Project Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the success of assigned projects-overseeing their direction, timely completion, and financial performance. You will lead and inspire project engineering and administrative teams, providing guidance, supervision, and mentorship to ensure excellence at every stage. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with organizational skills and the ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on management.

• Lead and oversee all project activities to ensure objectives are achieved within established timelines and budget constraints
• Review and validate product designs for alignment with engineering standards, company policies, contractual obligations, and technical specifications
• Participate in preconstruction planning and perform occasional travel as required to support project success
• Analyze project specifications to develop construction procedures, staffing plans, and schedules for each phase of work
• Prepare, review, and approve job forecasts to maintain accurate projections and resource planning
• Ensure compliance with project specifications by monitoring contractor and subcontractor performance
• Evaluate proposals and contracts to confirm adherence to client requirements, design intent, and company standards
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to foster collaboration and trust
• Manage financial performance by overseeing project start-up, profitability, budget tracking, and schedule updates
• Direct billing and financial reporting by coordinating with accounting teams and ensuring timely, accurate monthly cash flow reports

• BS in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or Architecture is required
• Computer knowledge and efficiency, including Procore, Microsoft Office products and Microsoft Project.
• Must have wood frame ground-up Multifamily project experience
• Garden style construction is a requirement
• Must be skilled at a variety of pre-construction work, such as planning, design and constructability review, value engineering, scheduling, and conceptual estimating.
• Must be client facing
• Must have strong communication and organization skills
