Job Description

Our client is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their Industrial Sector. They are looking for experienced construction professionals to lead complex industrial construction projects for pre-development through closeout.

• Lead and manage all phases of industrial construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure project objectives are met.
• Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.

• Minimum 8 years of general contracting experience
• MUST have experience working on industrial projects - ideally manufacturing, distribution center, cold storage, food & beverage facilities
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Client facing
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
• The ability to work collaboratively with clients, subcontractors, and team members.

They focus on complex projects in the industrial, commercial, and healthcare spaces. They are in the process of launching a new business strategy to make their business more fully integrated.
