About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Project Manager who can keep millwork projects moving smoothly from start to finish. This person will work directly with clients, designers, and our team to make sure drawings are accurate, materials are ordered, schedules are realistic, and installations run smoothly. You don't need to sit behind a desk all day -- you'll be in the shop, on job sites, and in meetings, keeping everyone on track.

What You'll Do

Coordinate between Clients, Engineering, Shop Crew, Installers, and Sub contractors. Review drawings and catch mistakes before they hit the shop floor. Order and track materials to avoid delays. Keep jobs on schedule and adjust when issues come up. Communicate directly with clients, GCs, and vendors. Handle change orders, budgets, and invoices. Walk job sites for measurements, site conditions, and punch-list items. Make sure work is up to our quality standards and done safely.

What We're Looking For

5 years of experience in millwork, cabinetry, or construction. Solid understanding of woodworking, finishes, and installations. Able to read and interpret architectural and shop drawings. Strong organizational and communication skills. Comfortable balancing office work with time in the shop and field..

Nice-to-Haves

CAD or CNC background. Experience with large or high-end commercial projects. Problem-solver who can adapt on the fly. Commercial GC experience Working Knowledge of AWI Grade Standards
Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay: $75,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
