Job Description


  • Take ownership and initiative on all projects from conception to completion.
  • Develop long-term relationships with clients.
  • Take ownership and initiative on all projects from conception to completion.
  • Manage projects ranging from $10M - $100M+ in value.
  • Organize client meetings/sub meetings.
  • Develop long-term relationships with clients.
  • Plans and coordinates project activities inline company polices and procedures.
  • Creates and reviews project schedules and budgets.
  • Direct the support staff and coordinate with field crews and superintendents to ensure project delivery.
  • Communicates effectively with on-site teams, clients, owners. etc.
  • Responsible for forecasting and estimating costs and changes to costs for project completion.
  • Ensure safety protocols are being adhered to on the job site.
  • Travel as necessary to job sites.

  • 7-10+ years of experience with a general contractor.
  • Prior experience working as a project manager.
  • Prior experience handling projects $20M+ in value.
  • Client-facing experience is a must.
  • Software proficient (ex: procore).
  • Estimating experience is a plus.
My client is a real estate developer and general contractor looking to grow their presence in the St. Louis market. With offices all over the Midwest, their primary projects are industrial manufacturing facilities and distribution centers. They pride themselves on not only the growth opportunities they offer, but the positive presence they bring to the communities they come to. Due to them growing in the St. Louis market, they\'re looking to bring on a Sr. Project manager to grow a team under this person.
  • Competitive base salary $100,000 - $145,000 dependent on experience
