We are looking for a Senior Project Manager for a Hospital Renovation and Uprade Project. Client is the State of NY Office of General Services (OGS)

Recently, Global Infrastructure Solutions Inc. (GISI), the parent company of The LiRo Group and Hill International, Inc. consolidated a portion of the highly experienced staff of both LiRo and Hill in the Northeast to create a larger, more efficient, and cost-effective team to serve clients. LiRo-Hill is a 1100-person firm with offices in NYC, Long Island, Buffalo, Rochester, Boston and Metro Park, NJ.
Responsibilities

• Act as EIC for the project, performing inspections, documenting inspections, running

biweekly and pre-evolution meetings. * Act as a liaison between design, construction, the client and regulating authorities.

• Keep accurate project record documents and ensure that the contractors remain on

schedule and within the budget. * Follow all procedures to ensure that the contract is completed in accordance with the
contract, laws and regulations.
Qualifications

• Candidate should have a degree from an accredited college in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Construction Management experience with government or public construction projects preferred.
• Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in construction involving multiple phases of large-scale projects
• A minimum of four (4) years' experience in a role of Senior Project Manager responsible for large-scale projects valued above $10 million, with an extensive knowledge of all facets of construction and construction documents.
• Provide job site leadership in all areas of scheduling, safety, and quality.
• Experience coordinating with designers handling any critical issues pertinent to the project or the client/facility
• Full knowledge of the change order and cost review process and the review/approval of contractor's payment application
• OSHA 30

• We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a positive work environment
• Compensation range Min: $115,000 to $140,000
• The range provided is the salary that the Firm in good faith believes at the time of this posting is willing to pay for the advertised position. Exact compensation will be determined on the individual candidate's qualifications and location
• The selected candidate must be authorized to work in the United States; Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
