Role Overview:
The Senior Project Engineer (PE/GE) will lead and manage geotechnical engineering projects from proposal to construction completion. This role requires expertise in project management, field exploration, construction observation, and strong collaboration across teams and offices.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct geotechnical engineering analyses, field investigations, and laboratory testing.
Manage project budgets, timelines, deliverables, and client communication.
Provide construction observation, testing, and reporting.
Review technical reports, proposals, and project documentation for accuracy and compliance.
Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and staff across multiple offices.
Ensure adherence to regional, state, and federal standards and regulations.
Maintain documentation of all project activities and field observations.
Requirements / Qualifications:
Professional Engineer (PE) or Geotechnical Engineer (GE) license preferred.
Proven experience in civil/public works or land development project management.
Strong analytical, technical writing, and project management skills.
Ability to perform and supervise field investigations, lab testing, and construction
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $130,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
