Performs administrative and managerial duties in the planning, coordination, and execution of large and specialized capital or facilities projects. Oversees all phases of assigned projects, including design development, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and construction administration. Coordinates with architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and in compliance with institutional standards and regulatory requirements. Exercises independent judgment in decision-making and problem-solving, applying established policies and procedures.
May provide supervision and direction to clerical, paraprofessional, or professional staff members.
