As Senior Risk Analyst, you will help drive stakeholder relationships and play a key role in the ERM lifecycle. You will assist with ERM team with the development and rollout of the ERM program, as well as support business partners in the identification, tracking, and mitigation of risk. Senior Risk Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Support and facilitate enterprise risk reporting for Executive Management and the Board.
  • Participate and support the execution and reporting of the Enterprise Risk Assessment process.
  • Support workshops, working groups, meetings and other forums for coordination and information-gathering within the organization to build out the Enterprise Risk Management Program.
  • Collaborate in the design, creation and documentation of the Risk Appetite statements.
  • Generate and maintain risk management documentation (e.g., ERM policies and procedures), including information designed to support alignment with Enterprise Risk Management Program.
  • Collaborate with lines of business to understand key risk issues and mitigating strategies, and to support management in the effective reduction of risk.
  • Partner with lines of business in the creation, tracking, and reporting of risk metrics.
  • Support and champion the completion of risk management program periodic deliverables.
  • Assist in facilitating the reporting cadence with Business Partners for periodic Executive Management and Board reporting.
  • Serve as an advisor in the Line of Business surrounding risk management processes.
  • Consult or provide insight to address gaps or opportunities for key functional risk programs (e.g., Information Security, Business Continuity, or Third Party).
  • Actively develop partner relationships with business and subject matter experts to foster an environment of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to think strategically and to synthetize risk management practice enhancements for implementation.
  • Provide timely updates on risk assignments and risk initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in a business-related field
  • Relevant professional certification (CRMA or equivalent) preferred
  • 2-3 years of risk management experience, with relevant knowledge of Information Security industry preferred.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in the operational risk management environment.
  • Experience in the preparation and completion of Risk Appetite Statements.
  • Solid knowledge surrounding the development, update of Risk Assessments including actionable reporting results to management.
  • Knowledge of IT risk trends and systems processes to support the entity\xe2\x80\x99s Risk Management program.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, problem identification, structuring, and solving skills with the ability to design solutions.
  • Team player with the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment, but who is also able to effectively perform work independently
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to develop and deliver polished communications and presentations.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a rapidly growing, fast-paced, results-based team environment.
  • Required: Experience with Big 4 or other major consultancies, preferably in Risk Management
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite & relevant Risk Management software.

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the DXC salary range for this position. Actual salaries depend on a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training, licensure, and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DXC\'s employee compensation package. Other rewards may include a vacation policy and region-specific benefits.

At DXC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at /near the top of the range. A reasonable estimate of the current range is 77,500.00 - 116,300.00 USD
