Meeno is on a mission to help people master the skill of social connection. 4 in 5 Gen Z\'s feel lonely, and we are building a personalized mentor that helps users build close relationships: from friends to family, from work to romance. Our privacy-preserving and cutting-edge technology, powered by Large Language Models (LLMs), provides personalized and effective mentoring solutions to people seeking guidance.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager, Growth & Engagement to lead Meeno\'s engagement/retention and growth roadmap. Reporting to the CEO, you will play a meaningful role in driving Meeno\'s future through product experiences designed to delight users and make a genuine impact on their relationship goals and issues. This is a unique chance to join a 0-1 business in the gen AI space that is focused on solving problems in society.

You will play an integral role in strategic direction across all aspects of the business, contributing to our roadmap across ML, product, engineering and design initiatives. Your leadership will span Product Management, Data Analytics, User Research and UX/UI Design. You will help create a culture that balances the speed and agility of a startup, while handling highly sensitive data.

What You Are:

- Passionate about Meeno\'s mission to improve social connection with generative AI

- A great communicator, able to build rapport with a first-class Engineering team

- Velocity is your middle name, you thrive on setting and beating deadlines

- Super comfortable using data, analytics and metrics to inform product decisions

- Humble, creative and audacious when it comes to finding signal (results over process)

- Highly organized and autonomous in your ways of working

- Curious about the wonderful world of generative AI!

What Will Make you Stand Out:

- An interest in mental wellbeing or education is a plus!

- Experience building and shipping consumer apps

- Experience with generative AI and LLMs

- Experience building delightful products for Gen Z

- Experience as an engineer, or data scientist

What You Will Deliver:

Strategy

- Build a product roadmap that is aligned with our mission to help users (especially Gen Z) overcome social anxiety, informed by data/analytics and rapid experimentation

- Partner with the Meeno team and CEO to delight users, measured through growth and engagement of our user base

- Uphold high standards for UX and support our Design team to be best-in-class

- Participate actively in strategic planning, from priority platforms to country rollout

Leadership

- Communicate your vision for product growth and engagement initiatives

- Be a great teammate to our engineering team, ensuring consensus on key decisions, agreement on strategic direction, and alignment of resources

- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure everyone is working in lockstep, including Community, Social Media and Marketing

- Adapt to the needs of a zero to one, versus a scaled up business over time

- Advocate for agility to shift priorities as needed, whilst ensuring stakeholder consensus

Delivery

- Rapidly iterate the Meeno platform, ensuring it drives growth and engagement

- Calibrate expectations about product deliverables and results, adhering to deadlines and acting as a velocity driver

- Translate business needs to functional plans for Engineering, Design and Analytics

- Manage data analysis and reporting using Mixpanel, translating insights into product specs and ideas for experimentation

- Provide PR, Marketing and Social with actionable insights to expand our user base
