We at Acxiom are actively searching for a Sr. Product Manager, Cloud Data Management. Someone with a strong track record in the domain of cloud data management. The ideal candidate is a passionate problem-solver, adept at developing and managing cloud data solutions for optimal performance and scalability. This role will be pivotal in driving Acxiom\'s mission and will have a significant impact in our dynamic, forward-thinking environment.

What You Will Do:

  • Driving the comprehensive strategy and vision for our cloud data management products.
  • Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions.
  • Conducting research in the cloud data management domain and using these insights to inform product enhancements.
  • Defining product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
  • Providing guidance to teams to ensure consistency across our product portfolio.
  • Monitoring key KPIs, providing regular reports to the executive team, and adjusting strategies based on data.
What You Will Have:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in cloud data management or a similar role.
  • Proven experience in developing and managing cloud data solutions for optimal performance and scalability.
  • Deep understanding of research techniques and ability to convert findings into insights.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Leadership capabilities and mentoring skills.
  • Experience in Agile development environments.

  • Advanced degree in a relevant field.
  • Proficiency in related tools and platforms. (Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, GCP, Azure)
  • Experience with MarTech/AdTech solutions or other relevant areas.
